Light in the Wild

Six nights in the high desert to step out of the noise — and back into rhythm with the earth, and with yourself.

Wolves. Starlight. Wild horses. And the kind of rest your body has been asking for.

An Empowerment & Renewal Retreat

This is an invitation to pause, realign, and step fully into the next phase of your spiritual journey — six nights on a private property in the high desert outside Palm Springs.

Away from every role you play in your everyday life.

No inbox. No one needing you first. Just land, sky, animals, rest, and the kind of quiet where your own inner voice finally gets to answer for once.

"The wild was never something to escape to. It's the frequency you forgot you were tuned to."

Alignment isn't found. It's remembered.

The wolves, the stars, the horses — they're not the vacation. They're the mirror.

What the land gives back

Each of these is more than a day trip. Every one of them asks something real of you — and sends you home with something you didn't arrive with.

A day with the wolves

Wolves don't perform and they don't pretend. Standing with the pack asks you to drop the self you manage for everyone else and meet your own instinct — the loyalty, the fierceness, the parts that were never meant to be tamed. You'll leave remembering your wildness was never the problem.

New moon under the desert sky

The darkest night of the month, nowhere near a city light — that's when the sky gets loud. We gather for an intention and manifestation ceremony: name what you're done carrying, name what you're calling in, and let the desert hold the space while you do the asking.

The heart of the horse

Horses respond to what you're actually feeling, not the story you're telling out loud. A morning with the Mustangs is a straight lesson in presence and honest power — they meet you exactly as you are, and gently show you where you're still bracing. It stays with you long after you're home.

The animal guide trail

On Sunday, a guided totem meditation along a quarter-mile trail set with thirty animal guides of the medicine wheel. The teaching goes like this: you don't spot them — they choose to let you see them, because they have something for you. Walk it slow, rest on the benches along the way, and notice which guide stops you — and what it's asking you to carry home.

Two of us hold this week — me, and my co-host Heather Navarro. Between us: twenty-five years of yoga, a clinical social-work career, and a shared, trauma-informed sense of what safety actually feels like in the body. We've each done our own healing and come out the other side thriving — loving, clear, wide awake, and not pretending otherwise. That's the ground we're offering you to stand on.

This isn't a packed itinerary of boxes to check. It's spacious, on purpose — those four encounters held between long, quiet days built for nothing but rest, yoga, and each other.

You'll feel it in your body before your mind catches up — the exhale that finally goes all the way down, the moment your shoulders remember they're allowed to drop. That's the work. The rest is just where it happens.

This is for humans who have been strong enough, long enough.

You've built the career, the certifications, the family life you were supposed to want. You show up for everyone. But some part of you has been quietly waiting for permission to just be held for once, instead of holding everything.

This isn't therapy, and it isn't a bootcamp. It's six nights to remember you're allowed to want rest, adventure, and real connection all at once — and to trust your own signal again.

Six Nights. A Small Circle. One Desert.

An intimate, high-touch retreat — six guest spots, held by two hosts. Small enough that it actually feels like something.

Held by Two Women Who've Done Their Own Work

Sarah
Sarah
Holistic Life Coach · Reiki Master Teacher · Yoga Teacher

25 years of yoga practice, 15 years guiding women through real transformation, and over a decade of deep inner work. I've walked away from what no longer fit my life — more than once — and rebuilt it around what actually lights me up.

I don't teach from a textbook. I teach from the road I've already walked.

Heather Navarro
Heather Navarro
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Heather has spent her career helping people find safety in their own bodies again — clearing old patterns, questioning inherited beliefs, and making room for who they're actually becoming. She calls her work "Cultivating Safety, Shifting Old Beliefs, and Unfolding New Possibilities" — which is, not coincidentally, roughly the shape of this whole week.

She brings a grounded, trauma-informed presence to this container — the clinical depth behind what I offer through yoga and soul work.

If your Soul is calling you —
don't overthink it.
